The Hog Roast Experience

Hog roasts have been in existence since the days of the Medieval banquets and was always a favourite with Kings and Queens as the aroma of meat slowly cooking on a spit is like no other ! Our spits are presented to your guests with various additional accompaniments which are bound to impress your friends, family and guests.

Wedding Hog Roast

Organising a wedding is a difficult enough affair without having the stress of creating an outdoor function room and catering for your wedding breakfast. We understand taht you only get one chance to create the right ambience for your special day, that's why we're here.

We have close connections with other local businesses soe we are able to organise the whole event including marquee hire to any specification you may have in mind to make sure your day is remembered.


We have the perfect solution to your outdoor bar and drinks requirements with our famous Ferrari cocktail bar to a fully licenced retail bar.


Need to keep the kiddies amused? We can provide bouncy castle hire with inflatables for all ages.

Our Commitment

Russell and his staff will enable you to enjoy your special day to the full and our spit roasts will make it that extra bit luxurious. Our pork, lamb, beef or country carvery's roasts are cooked to perfection by our fully trained chefs, who all comply with food hygiene regulations. All our pigs, lambs and turkeys are sourced from Jonathan Smith at Great Garnetts near Dunmow in Essex, a local trusted farmer who understands our meat requirements.

Beef is reared at Buntingford and supplied by Doles the butchers along with his prize winning sausages as quality is parallel to none.


We also can provide you with the option to hire a hog roast machine so you can enjoy your very own sizzling pig roast slowly cooking with the enticing aromaas tantalizing the taste buds!
