We provide seriously tasty Hog Roasts and Barbecues in and around the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk area. We can also supply Hog Roast and outside catering equipment for hire. Looking to organise wedding catering why not take a look at our wedding breakfast menu.
All of our Barbecue products are 'home made' with the exception of our sausages which we source from my local butcher 'Doel's' in Buntingford. Hog Roast Supreme - Option 1

Accompanied by 120 Catering Pork sausages(Cumberland flavour), which can be upgraded to the gourmet range at a cost of £30 ( a selection of which can be found under barbecue menu) sage & onion stuffing, fried onions, apple sauce, 96 x 5" floured baps, 90 sets non bendy plates, 3 ply napkins, strong cutlery. Depart time approx 2.5 hours after serve time. |
