All our Pigs, Lambs and Turkeys are sourced from Jonathan Smith at www.greatgarnetts.co.uk near Dunmow in Essex a local trusted farmer who understands our meat requirements. Beef is reared at Buntingford and supplied by Doels the butchers along with his prize winning Sausages as quality is parallel to none. We have recently been awarded the 5 Star Hygiene certificate issued by the Heath & Environmental Services, Cambridge.All meat is selected and sourced from local farmers who can meet the special requirements needed to spit roast to perfection.
