Beef Fillet steak in Kentucky Bourbon sauce & pork fillet in a Louisiana BBQ sauce £9.50per head allowing one of each per Guest 

Upgrade to Wagyu steak Burgers add £1.50 per head

Our BBQs Includes:

• 2-4 chefs to setup 3x3 metre marquee catering area and cook hog 
• Fried onions
• a selection of sauces and condiments
• Hot Baby Potatoes or potatoe salad
• Homemade Coleslaw
• Mixed Tossed Salad with croutons
• Sliced fresh local grown tomatoes and fresh Basil
• Greek Salad with Feta Cheese
• Floured baps and french stick (contain WHEAT)
• Strong Biodegradable plates, 3 ply napkins, strong plastic cutlery 
• Tables and table clothes for our buffet only 

Arrival time approx 5 hours before serve time

Depart Time Aprrox 2.5 hours after serve time

What we require on arrival is payment if not already paid

Parking space with a power point to plug in our Fridge Van

Good access to set up area (10ft x 10ft required for gazebo) as near to fridge van as possible as all our equipment is heavy

(you are welcome to store and chill down your Drinks in our Fridge)

Access to Toilets and Electric (we supply extension cables)

If no electric we need to know before.

Gluten Free Meats and Stuffings 

We make Gluten free Pork sausages and gluten free Wagyu burgers and can also do a gluten free stuffing all on request.
