Catering for a wedding breakfast can be a tricky thing to organise and sometimes can be a bit boring and predictable. Why not break from tradiional and give your guests a meal that they will remember!

Hog Roast Buffet Menu

Spit roasted Hog, crackling, sage and onion stuffing, Cumberland sausages, fried onion. 2 - 4 experienced chefs to cook carve and help serve.

Matured grass fed Beef from Cumbria spit roasted with a crust of grain mustard,
mushroom and garlic stuffing fried onions.

Home made beef and cracked pepper sausages.

Surcharge £5.00 per head

Ram Roast spit roasted succulent English lamb served with sage and apple stuffing

The Above Menu includes chefs, waitresses to cook and prepare all food on site, Waitresses to set tables (does not include linen POA) serve drinks and canapes on arrival, serve starters, clear starters. In table format guests come to Hog roast and buffet, waitresses to clear main meal and serve dessert of your chioce, clear dessert serve cheese and coffee if required. Clear all tables of crockery, cutlery, glasses, bread baskets, wine buckets within 1 hour of meal finish.
